The Program
A400M reuses both flight test instrumentation (FTI) and system configuration fromA380 to reduce program cost.
The System
To limit risk and optimize the aircraft’s configuration, Airbus Military instruments the A400M with a distributed Ethernet DAS using KAM-500 DAUs, many in remote, high vibration locations.
The Results
- Reduction in wiring by 30%
