ACRA CONTROL offers ground stations based on PC architecture using PCI hardware and GSX-500 software modules. Typically the system is based on a rugged 19" rackmount industrial PC utilizing PCI hardware modules, however for more simple applications rugged laptop PCs are also available which utilize the PCMCIA SAM/DEC/007 hardware decom module. GTS-500 is a family of products featuring many different types of PCI hardware including RF Receiver, Bit Synchronizer, PCM Decom/Frame Sync, Video Decompression, Digital to Analog and Digital I/O PCI boards. This modular approach offers flexibility in the ground station definition and allows for easy integration with the GSX-500 software.
