GTS-500 HARDWARE

     
 

The figure below shows a summary of the modules available in the GTS-500 series. It is possible to insert multiple versions of the same hardware into a GTS-500 system. For example if two PCM streams with three video streams embedded are to be decommutated then two PCM decom boards (GTS/DEC/001) and three video decompression boards (GTS/VID/001) are required. Bit Sync and Receiver boards may also be required.

GSX-500 SOFTWARE


The pre-test functionality (gSetup) of GSX-500 includes project management and hardware setup. The hardware setup is compatible with any of the GTS-500 hardware modules including IRIG-106 PCM (Receiver, Bit Sync and Decom), Ethernet, Video, Audio Analog Digital Ouputs.

The real-time software (gQuicklook) decommutates the data and performs EU conversion and mathematical processing functions as necessary. The real time software can synchronize data from multiple sources and display the synchronized data on multiple displays. Custom displays and layouts can be created using the configuration tool (gDisplay).

The post processing software (gAnalyze) includes mathematical and analysis functions. The visualization software includes manual and automatic report generation.
