KSM-500 Software

The KAM-500 System Manager (KSM-500™) is a suite of integrated tools designed to provide an easy to use, yet powerful interface to the functionality provided by the KAM-500 hardware. Running on the industry standard Microsoft Windows platform KSM-500 provides a graphical view of the available hardware allowing the user to easily configure analog, digital, or bus modules to meet the data acquisition needs of the user.

Provided as an integrated set of tools running from a common workbench, the software architecture used is designed to be modular. Each tool is capable of being used independently, but all the tools share data using the XidML file format (www.xidml.org).

Thanks to the open architecture and file format, customers can create their own tools and workflows. By using existing parameter databases, customers can to write their own tools to create a XidML file that they can use to setup and program KAM-500 hardware directly.
